Dr. Lillian Gibson (fondly known as Dr. Lil or Dr. GLOS) is a licensed clinical psychologist who practices in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. 

The GLOS founder has held a passion for personal wellness and health for over 10 years. She has conducted extensive research on obesity and exercise among women and children prior to launching the GLOS Plan.  

Dr. Gibson's professional and research interests have taken her to Senegal, West Africa, Johannesburg, South Africa, and Johns Hopkins University to provide an international perspective on cultural and personal growth factors for change.
